At KidoodleArt, we want to ensure that your art prints are delivered to you in perfect condition, and we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. Please read our shipping policy below for more details.

  1. Shipping Areas

We offer international shipping for all of our products. Whether you are located in Australia or overseas, we are happy to ship your order to you.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track its journey.

  1. Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order is with the carrier, the delivery time is out of our control. Please note that delays may occur, especially for international shipments due to customs procedures.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based on the size of your order and its destination. International shipping fees may apply, and any customs duties or taxes incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Packaging

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit. If your art print arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for instructions on how to report the issue.

  1. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures for international orders. Once the package is with the carrier, the delivery time is beyond our control.

  1. Return and Exchange Process

If your print arrives damaged, please refer to our Terms and Conditions. You will need to contact us within five days of receiving the product and provide photos of the damage as part of your claim. We will replace the damaged product upon review.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
