Terms and Conditions for KidoodleArt by UltraPRINT (Aust) Pty Ltd

By accessing or using the KidoodleArt website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
- Products
We sell prints of artwork available as posters, wallpaper, stickers, and, in the future, on other media such as play mats. Customisation options are not available for our products.
- Our Guarantees
We are committed to providing you with high-quality art prints that you will love. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer the following guarantee:
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that your art print will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues such as:
- Printing Errors: Blurry images, missing sections, or other printing flaws.
- Media Quality: Damaged, torn, creased, or significantly discoloured media (e.g., paper) upon arrival.
- Packaging Damage: Damage to the print caused by inadequate packaging during shipping (please see our Shipping policy for specific instructions on reporting shipping damage).
Satisfaction Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your art print, you may return it within five days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange (excluding original shipping costs). The print must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Exclusions:
This guarantee does not cover:
- Minor variations: Slight colour variations may occur between the online image and the actual print due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes. These are considered normal and are not covered under the guarantee.
- Damage caused by improper handling: This includes damage caused by framing, hanging, cleaning, or storing the print incorrectly.
- Changes of mind: Returns or exchanges requested will not be accepted if you change your mind about buying the item.
- Sale items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Payment Methods
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe.
- Shipping
We offer international shipping for all our products. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location.
- Returns and Refunds
- Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it if you provide photos as part of your claim.
- Refunds: You may return a product in undamaged condition for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within five days of receiving it. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase.
Process for Returns and Exchanges:
- Contact Us: Please contact us within five days of receiving your print at ultraprintaust@gmail.com or through our contact form on our website. Explain the reason for your return or exchange and include your order number.
- Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for shipping the print back to us.
- Packaging: Please carefully package the print in its original packaging or other protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for prints damaged during return shipping.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned print, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
- Refund/Exchange: Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped out within five business days.
- Intellectual Property
All artwork sold on our website is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork in any way without prior written permission from UltraPRINT (Aust) Pty Ltd.
- Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures for international orders. Once the package is with the carrier, the delivery time is out of our control.
- Product Representation: We make every effort to accurately represent the colours and details of our products, but due to monitor settings and printing processes, there may be slight variations between the actual product and the images displayed on our website.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Amendments
We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will take effect immediately.
